Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
